FAQ
Dumpster Rental FAQ’s
Q: How do I pay for my dumpster rental?
A: Our policy is cash, check or money order to the driver on delivery. The driver will have your receipt.
Q: What can I put in a dumpster?
A: We only haul non-hazardous waste. Liquids, chemicals, whole tires, asphalt, dirt, compost or tree stumps cannot be placed in dumpsters. We will place a dumpster to haul out concrete/brick only but it cannot be mixed with trash.
Q: How long can I keep a dumpster?
A: We generally have one and two week’s rentals. Additional time can be reserved for an additional fee.
Q: When will the dumpster be removed?
A: Please call the office when your dumpster is full and ready to be removed. You do not have to be on sight for removal provided there are no objects blocking access to the dumpster.
Q: How should I load the dumpster?
A: All roll-off dumpsters have a door in the back which can be opened and secured to the side with a chain. Please close the door before your dumpster removal. Material in the dumpster cannot be higher than the sides on the container.
Q: Is there a weight limit?
A: The allowed weight varies depending on the dumpster size; there is a per-ton charge if over-weight.
10-yard = 4 ton 15-yard = 5 ton 20-yard = 6 ton 30-yard = 8 ton 40-yard = 9 ton
